Is AppCare for a clinic or a hospital?

AppCare includes workflows for outpatient consultations, prescriptions, inpatient care, labs and billing. The modules available to your team depend on the plan and setup you choose.

Can different computers use the same records?

Yes. A clinic server can host the database and backend while other computers connect over the clinic network. We can help assess your computers, network and device requirements.

Can we bring our existing patient data?

We’ll first review your database format and the records available. Supported data can be mapped into AppCare, with unmatched or incomplete entries identified for review before they are used.

Where are our patient records stored?

For a local installation, records are stored in the SQL Server database on the configured clinic computer or server. Installation planning should include access permissions and a backup routine.

Does AppCare need an internet connection?

The local app and database can be installed at your clinic. License activation and periodic license refresh contact the licensing service. We’ll explain the connection requirements and offline allowance for your plan.

How do pricing and license activation work?

Tell us which modules, users and devices you need. We’ll discuss a suitable plan, installation, activation and renewal terms before you get started.
